A love affair spanning generations
Chef Tim Moretti comes from a long line of restaurateurs—his family has been serving Columbus for generations with guarded, tried and true recipes that have been handed down over generations from Italy. His love affair with meatballs began when he was 4 or 5 years old.
Tim's grandparents had one of the first full service Italian restaurants in Columbus: Ann-Ton’s. They had a large kitchen in the basement with a service dumbwaiter. Tim used to sneak into the dumbwaiter and ride to the basement to grab some of his grandparents' freshly made meatballs. As the owner of Moretti's of Arlington, Tim has shared some of these recipes with his patrons for over 16 years. And now, Tim is sharing even more delicious recipes in this exciting new meatball-centric restaurant.
